At Red House Baptist Church, we look for opportunities to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with whoever we meet. We feel we have found a new way to not only reach more people, but put witnesses out among the very people Christ died for. We are taking our love of the outdoors, shooting sports and witnessing to the people where they are. Our ministry developed from the hearts of those who have the passion to reach out to people who enjoy the out doors. Our first goal is to focus on the kids in our area. From hunters education, gun safety, fishing basics and an archery program, kids from all skill levels and backgrounds can be put onto a level playing field to have the opportunity to learn to be responsible with all the associated equipment as well as to learn about the love of Jesus. Our second goal is to reach out to the avid hunters and fishers in our community to teach them how to share their faith through an activity they enjoy. We want to make them “Fishers of Men”, and to help them make Jesus the “Target of their lives”. By associating ourselves with other outdoor ministries such as Christian Anglers and Centershot, we hope to introduce our loves to those who might not ever hear the gospel.
